Responsibilities
- Must be able to open and close the store in accordance with company policy.
- Responsible for overseeing daily dispensary floor operations and ensuring staff are supported and efficient.
- Must be able to verify allotments, guide patients through product selection, and deliver exceptional service.
- Responsible for mentoring and training Budtenders and delegating tasks as needed.
- Must ensure product displays are clean, properly labeled, rotated, and fully stocked.
- Responsible for handling customer concerns, assisting with de-escalation, and supporting team performance.
- Must operate point-of-sale systems accurately and assist with daily cash reconciliation.
- Required to maintain a clean, compliant, and professional retail environment.
- Must support management with team communication, scheduling, and daily feedback.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Stay up to date with all marketing regulations for Florida.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Leverage social media trends to gain traction and amplify following.
- Ensure all assets are on-brand and in line with company values and goals.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Manage social media tools and platforms used for scheduling, listening, and analytics.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service or cannabis retail experience required.
- 1+ year of leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
- Working knowledge of cannabis products, POS systems, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (3+ hours) and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent license) if required by state regulations.
