About the role
We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, service-oriented, and likes to have fun while they work. This role supports the team to work in alignment with our values and acts as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. You will be a role model for the team, remaining cool, calm, and collected under pressure. Never afraid to step in, you will prioritize being a fountain of knowledge on product and standards. Responsible to your core, you will assist with administrative and operational duties and general store security.
Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
- Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics while driving the store’s success as an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated retail sales success.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
