Retail Keyholder - Merrell

About the role

Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories with an established global footprint spanning approximately 200 countries and territories. The company empowers, engages, and inspires consumers through its portfolio of brands including Bates, Chaco, Cat Footwear, Harley Davidson Footwear, Merrell, Saucony, Sweaty Betty, and Wolverine.

We are seeking a responsible, reliable, and service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This person will support the team in alignment with our values and act as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. You will be a role model for the team, maintaining composure under pressure and serving as a fountain of knowledge on product and standards. You will assist with administrative and operational duties and contribute to general store security.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving store success as a brand ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for Wolverine Worldwide’s brands and brand lifestyles.
