Retail Keyholder - Merrell

About the role

Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories with a presence in approximately 200 countries and territories. We are seeking a responsible, reliable, service‑oriented team member who enjoys having fun at work, can act as a role model for the team, and step in as the go‑to person in the absence of the Store Manager. This position is based in a retail environment and is open to US candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash‑handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, drive store success, and support local marketing efforts as a brand ambassador.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer‑facing role; supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
