Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Starting wage: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. Part-time role with varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn.

This team works primarily with a single customer in the home-improvement segment. Responsibilities

• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
• Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision—accuracy matters.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow as your playbook for success.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals; productivity-based wage increases are in your future.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiering, sales, driving, and/or warehouse work is a plus.
• No inventory experience required—discipline is key, and training will be provided.
• No degree needed; open to candidates returning to the workforce or with military experience.

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking.
• Frequent use of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
• Frequent low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
• Frequent use of a ladder.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent travel via car and occasional travel via plane, including overnight stays.

Pay
