This team works primarily with a single customer in the home-improvement segment. Responsibilities
- Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
- Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision—accuracy matters.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow as your playbook for success.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals; productivity-based wage increases are in your future.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiering, sales, driving, and/or warehouse work is a plus.
- No inventory experience required—discipline is key, and training will be provided.
- No degree needed; open to candidates returning to the workforce or with military experience.
Working Conditions
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking.
- Frequent use of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
- Frequent low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
- Frequent use of a ladder.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent travel via car and occasional travel via plane, including overnight stays.

Pay
Starting at $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, with eligibility for productivity-based wage increases.
