Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Starting wage: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour. Part-time role with flexible, varied hours—earn more by making yourself available.

About the role

This team works primarily with a single customer in the home-improvement segment. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive on structure, enjoy active work, and value accuracy and consistency. As an Inventory Specialist, you’ll have opportunities for wage increases and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
• Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision—accuracy is critical.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow as your playbook for success.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals; productivity-based wage increases are available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, late nights, and occasional overnight stays.

Preferred Experience

• Retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work.
• No inventory experience required—discipline and willingness to learn are key.
• Military experience or returning to the workforce welcomed.

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking.
• Repetitive use of hands and wrists.
• Frequent low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching).
• Frequent use of a ladder.
• Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent travel via car and occasional travel via plane, including overnight stays.

Pay

Starting wage: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour. Eligible for productivity-based wage increases up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum increase of $5.00. Referral bonuses: $200 for each successful referral.
