Retail Inventory Associate - Driver
About the Role
Join WIS International as a Retail Inventory Associate - Driver and help top retailers accurately count inventory. This active role involves safely transporting employees to and from inventory events, counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. No inventory experience is required—we provide all the training you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay
- Travel to retail locations

Requirements
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver; 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and/or late nights

Benefits
- Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy

Pay
Starting at $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule
Flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights
Physical Demands
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Climbing ladders when needed
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
Preferred Backgrounds
Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
