Retail Full-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Oxmoor Center - Louisville, KY)

About the Role

As the Sales Lead at the Fabletics Retail Store in Oxmoor Center - Louisville, KY, you will provide a best-in-class retail customer experience, supporting sales and operations. You will use cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores. Working alongside the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of associates, you will help customers "Live their Passion" through active engagement and product knowledge.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated, highly energetic individual comfortable engaging the public and contributing to a tight-knit team focused on achieving aggressive business goals.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to "Live their Passion."
• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge about product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to create an easy and valuable shopping experience.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes may weigh 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and an innate ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
