Retail Fulfillment Center Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Directs daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Maintains real-time operational performance and adjusts staffing and workflows to meet volume fluctuations.
• Ensures on-time fulfillment of retail store replenishment orders and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Collaborates with transportation teams to optimize loading schedules and carrier utilization.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in distribution managing a fleet, delivery contractors, and logistics background.
• Required: Company-issued industrial vehicle license, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Required Knowledge: LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen Process Improvement methodology.
• Action-Oriented: Dedicated to making and meeting deadlines.
