Retail Floor Associate (Part-Time)

In Vision Ace Hardware, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and helpful individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service by greeting customers with a smile and offering assistance.
• Offer solutions to customers' needs by reading and explaining directions for unfamiliar products.
• Stock all warehouse, drop ship, and back stock inventory.
• Front and face merchandise on shelves as directed by their manager.

Requirements

• Vast knowledge of hardware-related products and home projects is a plus.
• At least 1-3 years of retail experience is preferred.
• A willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, bending, climbing, and twisting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including scanning, using POS keyboards, and operating a cash register.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
