About the role
In Vision Ace Hardware, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who can assist our customers efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide legendary customer service by greeting each customer with a smile and offering assistance.
- Offer solutions to customers' needs by helping them find the right products.
- Stock all warehouse, drop ship, and back stock inventory.
- Front and face merchandise on shelves as directed by their manager.
- Read and explain directions for unfamiliar products.
- Ensure each customer has everything they need for their project.
Requirements
- Vast knowledge of hardware-related products and home projects is a plus.
- At least 1-3 years of retail experience is preferred.
- A willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- The ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb, and twist.
- Manual dexterity for using cash registers, computers, and assembling products.
- Ability to quickly make appropriate change for customers.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills, including scanning and using a POS system.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to greet customers and provide product information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and services.

These benefits are available after 90 days of employment. Applicants must be available to work at least one day per weekend and 16-28 hours per week.
