Road Runner Sports is always looking for experienced Retail Sales Associates (Fit Experts) to join the world’s largest running, walking, hiking, and athletic footwear retailer. Founded in a San Diego garage over 41 years ago, Road Runner Sports has 52 stores across the country, and we are growing!

Responsibilities

• Help customers on their journey to a healthier life
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Consistently hit sales goals
• Train and assist in the sale of products
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Pass a background check
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for fitness and wellness

Pay

$16.50 - $20.50 per hour
