Responsibilities

- Build tasks across consumer lending, branch and digital banking operations, and credit risk.
- Develop scenarios involving core banking platforms, loan origination systems, and CRM platforms.
- Apply retail banking frameworks to produce reference lending policies and risk assessments.
- Author rubrics to distinguish authentic enterprise retail banking judgment.
Requirements
- Strong relevant experience in consumer lending, branch operations, or compliance at a Fortune 500 retail bank.
- Direct ownership of large-scale lending portfolios or regulatory compliance programs is required.
- Fluency in enterprise retail banking tooling and frameworks is essential.
- Understanding of F500 regulatory examinations and credit risk governance is necessary.
- Prior experience in rubric or policy documentation authorship is a plus.
Skills
- Strong analytical approach to reviewing and improving professional content.
- High level of consistency when assessing technical and transactional accuracy.
