About the role

The Store Area Manager oversees multiple store operations within a designated region, ensuring profitability, sales growth, and exceptional customer service. They lead store teams by fostering a positive culture aligned with company values, managing human resources, and implementing operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and drive profitability through effective leadership and operational execution.
• Manage inventory, loss prevention, and financial performance (P&L responsibility).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including merchandising and store growth initiatives.
• Develop and mentor store teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement operational strategies to meet performance goals and company objectives.

Requirements

• At least four years of retail management experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Preferred experience in multi-unit retail, grocery, or convenience store environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel weekly using a company vehicle.
