Lead and manage multiple retail stores within a designated area, overseeing full profit and loss responsibilities while aligning with company objectives and policies. Foster a positive store culture that emphasizes the company's mission and values, delivers exceptional customer service, and drives sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective team leadership, human resources administration, and store operations.
• Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets through quality ordering and efficient processes.
• Optimize inventory management, store presentation, and merchandising efforts.
• Plan and execute company initiatives, maximize performance, and ensure proper store scheduling.
• Proactively recruit, develop, and retain human capital; promote customer and employee satisfaction.
• Protect company assets via loss prevention and expense control measures.
• Identify new business opportunities, including operational improvements and store growth strategies.
• Communicate divisional and regional priorities effectively to store teams.

Requirements

• Results-oriented leadership with a track record of achieving performance goals.
• Financial acumen to interpret financial reports, manage budgets, and control inventory.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in managing multi-unit retail operations with full P&L responsibility, preferably with four or more years in retail management.
• Effective in team collaboration, communication, and strategic planning.
• Willingness to travel weekly using a company-provided vehicle; valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
