About the Role

Lead and oversee multiple store operations within an assigned area, ensuring full profit and loss responsibility. Foster a positive store culture aligned with company values, deliver superior customer service, and drive sales growth through effective inventory management and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams by promoting company mission and values, ensuring fair HR practices, and developing human capital through recruitment, training, and education.
• Ensure effective use of tools to optimize inventory presentation and management.
• Plan and execute company objectives, maximize performance, and ensure efficient store scheduling.
• Protect assets through loss prevention and expense control.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including merchandising, store growth, and operational improvements.
• Communicate regional priorities clearly to store teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years retail management experience in multi-unit operations.
• Willingness to travel weekly using a company-provided vehicle; valid driver's license required.

• Strong financial analysis skills, including managing budgets and controlling inventory.
