Role Overview

Lead and oversee multiple store operations within a designated area, ensuring full profit and loss responsibility while aligning with company objectives and policies.

• Utilize tools effectively to optimize inventory presentation and store operations.

• Recruit, develop, and educate staff and customers to promote growth.
• Protect assets through loss prevention and expense management.
• Identify new business opportunities in areas such as merchandising, store growth, and real estate.
• Communicate divisional and regional priorities clearly to store teams.

Experience & Education

• At least four years of retail management experience with increasing responsibility, managing multi-unit operations with full P&L accountability.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience or "Big-box" retail management may be considered.

Travel required with a company vehicle, requiring a valid driver's license and good driving record.
