Retail/Customer Service Associate

This is a contract-to-permanent position ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, keeping a retail space well organized, and contributing to a positive in-store experience. Weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them with questions, purchases, and general needs throughout their time on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily retail floor activities to help ensure the store remains clean, orderly, and ready for guest traffic.
• Arrange merchandise and displays in a way that keeps the space attractive, accessible, and easy to shop.
• Deliver attentive service during customer interactions while maintaining a thoughtful and approachable presence.
• Support routine store tasks that keep operations running smoothly in a busy, open retail environment.
• Monitor the sales area throughout the day and address basic issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing position is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide friendly, responsive service in person.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with steady foot traffic.
• Able to remain on your feet for long periods during scheduled shifts.
• Dependable attendance and consistent punctuality are required.
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to daily store tasks.
