The most important responsibility of our Client Service Associates is to create a welcoming, supportive experience for every client. Helping them explore our massage services and Wellness Program in a way that feels personalized, thoughtful, and aligned with their wellness goals.
Responsibilities
- Helping clients explore massage services and Wellness Program
- Booking appointments with attention to detail
- Sustaining a clean and comfortable studio atmosphere
- Answering the phone in a way that reflects exceptional care
- Matching clients with the Massage Therapists who can best support their goals
- Treating clients with warmth and respect
Requirements
- At least two years of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment
- Team-oriented thinking and ability to learn new computer software
- Experience with Mind Body software is a plus
