Retail Consultant - New York / New Jersey

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and change management to enhance customer adoption of the company’s solutions
• Act as a customer champion, addressing challenges and prioritizing enhancement requests
• Monitor and analyze customer performance to quantify ROI from the company’s solutions
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure optimal customer support and outcomes
• Engage directly with customers in stores to strengthen relationships and gather feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Mid or senior-level retail sector experience, preferably in grocery, with digital transformation involvement
• 5+ years in a technology client-facing role such as customer success, account management, consulting, or training
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Strategic thinking and high intellectual curiosity to align customer value with business objectives
