Responsibilities
- Drive onboarding and change management to enhance customer adoption of the company’s solutions
- Act as a customer champion, addressing challenges and prioritizing enhancement requests
- Monitor and analyze customer performance to quantify ROI from the company’s solutions
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure optimal customer support and outcomes
- Engage directly with customers in stores to strengthen relationships and gather feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Mid or senior-level retail sector experience, preferably in grocery, with digital transformation involvement
- 5+ years in a technology client-facing role such as customer success, account management, consulting, or training
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Strategic thinking and high intellectual curiosity to align customer value with business objectives
