Retail Business Banker

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• P Practices exceptional service with customers using training programs and measurement tools.
• Affords assistance to customers with commercial electronic banking products including, but not limited to, merchant processing, Remote Deposit, and business credit cards.
• Displays expert level of knowledge of consumer and business new account programs.
• Utilizes numerous software applications to accomplish daily tasks with minimal errors.
• Understands consumer lending services, tools and guidelines.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge in, and ability to demonstrate, Alpine Bank On-Line services.
• Shows consistent exceptional customer sales and service skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Knows and can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Familiar with legal classifications of business entities.
• Can collaborate on and participate in sales presentations.
• Understands and applies banking compliance regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including (but not limited to) Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Notary Public certification is a plus.
• Holds a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Must possess and/or be able to obtain a valid State of Colorado Driver's License.
• Has completed all requirements of the Customer Service and Personal Banking Representative positions and has at least 2 years of experience.

Working Conditions

• E Works in a professional office environment.
• Routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
• S Frequently requires prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting.
• A Requires ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• T May involve some weekend and evening hours.
