Retail Business Banker

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Practices exceptional service with customers using training programs and measurement tools.
• Aids customers with commercial electronic banking products including, but not limited to, merchant processing, Remote Deposit, and business credit cards.
• Exhibits expert level of knowledge of consumer and business new account programs.
• Uses numerous software applications to accomplish daily tasks with minimal errors.
• Understands consumer lending services, tools and guidelines.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge in, and ability to demonstrate, Alpine Bank On-Line services.
• Demonstrates consistent exceptional customer sales and service skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to independently consult with the Bank’s customers.
• Familiarity with legal classifications of business entities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate on and participate in sales presentations.
• Understanding and application of banking compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including (but not limited to) Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Colorado Driver’s License is required.

Experience

• This person shall have completed all requirements of the Customer Service and Personal Banking Representative positions and have at least 2 years of experience.

Working Conditions

• Working Environment: Professional office environment.
• Physical Activities: Regularly required to talk or hear, frequent sitting, standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms, moving up to 50 pounds, repetitive motion likely.

Starting Rate of Pay

Starting Rate of Pay is from $24.50 to $29.50 per hour, depending on experience.
