About the role

Promote Renuity's products and services to prospective and existing clients through in‑store retail marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows. Deliver engaging face‑to‑face sales presentations focused on high‑quality products, installation, and customer care. Use this experience as a stepping stone toward a career in management or sales.

Requirements

• Must have access to a personal, reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish required
• Must be able to commute to more than one location (positions available in Kendall, Homestead, Cutler Ridge, Miami Lakes, Doral)
• W2, on‑site at locations throughout Miami‑Dade County, FL
• Training location: 3801 SW 30th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312

Pay

Hourly base pay plus uncapped bonuses; annual earnings range from $60,000 to $80,000.

Schedule

• Weekends required; Monday‑Friday availability
• Rotating shifts: 9 am–5 pm, 10 am–6 pm, 11 am–7 pm, 12 pm–8 pm
• Part‑time: 20–25 hours per week
