Job Summary
A dynamic Retail Brand Ambassador / Promoter needed to engage shoppers, introduce bathroom remodeling solutions, and schedule consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations with retail members and event attendees
- Pre-qualify and schedule interested homeowners for in-home design consultations
- Set up, maintain, and break down display booths
- Deliver accurate, enthusiastic product information
- Collaborate with Channel Sales Manager and HICs to maximize lead quality
Position Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Prior experience in retail, home improvement, customer service, hospitality, or telemarketing is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, approachable demeanor, and resilience
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for the duration of a shift and lift/carry promotional materials weighing 8 to 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation to travel to assigned retail warehouses or local home show venues
