Retail Brand Ambassador

Job Summary

A dynamic Retail Brand Ambassador / Promoter needed to join our growing marketing team. Engage shoppers, introduce our bathroom remodeling solutions, and schedule free consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with retail members and event attendees
• Pre-qualify interested homeowners and schedule consultations
• Set up, maintain, and break down displays and event booths
• Deliver accurate, enthusiastic product information
• Collaborate with Channel Sales Manager and HICs

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Prior experience in retail, home improvement, customer service, hospitality, or telemarketing is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, approachable demeanor, and resilience
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for shifts, lift/carry promotional materials weighing 8 to 30 pounds
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations
