We're looking to hire top talent to join us in serving our community partners. Qualifications We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Branch Manager to lead our de novo Palmer Township branch. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all branch operations while delivering an outstanding banking experience tailored to the financial needs of customers in Forks Township and the surrounding area. Key Responsibilities Lead the branch office in achieving sales and service goalsEngage in outside sales and client service outreach to current and prospective clientsEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirementsOrganize and direct branch activities, including staff oversightServe as a key retail leader within our organization What We’re Looking For Minimum 7 years of experience in banking and/or sales managementSpecialized bank sales and product training preferredStrong skills in communication, leadership, sales, and coachingIn-depth knowledge of retail and business banking products and servicesSolid grasp of banking operations, policies, and PC proficiency As Fidelity Bankers, we take pride in providing an exceptional experience—not just for our customers, but for our fellow team members too.
