Responsibilities

• Energetic, self-motivated sales professional with exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
• Bilingual a plus
• High School graduate, or equivalent
• Some college preferred
• Flexible 5-day work schedule: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Pleasant and polite manners when dealing with co-workers as well as customers
• Familiarity with sales and closing techniques
• Basic reading, math, writing, and communication skills
• Strong computer, email, and internet proficiency with nimble keyboard skills
• A commitment to high professional ethical standards of always doing the right thing
• Accountability for individual performance within a team environment
• Verifiable positive track record of success, preferably in the area of Appliances, Bedding, or big-ticket items
• Patience, resiliency, and persistence backed by a results-oriented personality
• Energy, enthusiasm, and the ambition to flourish in a fast-paced sales culture
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance

Requirements

• Pass criminal background check
• Pre-employment drug test
