About the role

We are an industry leader in monetizing new, unclaimed/excess inventory for premier U.S. companies. We sell this inventory in our local retail store, on-site bid sale, and online via eBay.

Responsibilities

• Organize. Ensure clothing is easy-to-find, e.g., recovery, like sizes together (75% of your time)
• Stock. Keep fixtures and shelves fresh and full
• Sales. Courteously help find merchandise and answer questions
• Customer. Build rapport with regulars – know names and buying interests

Requirements

• Knowledge. Hot trends
• Experience. Prior retail experience desirable, but can be 1st job
• Reliability. 20-25 hours/week – we’ll work with you on scheduling
• Teamwork. Always help achieve team goals with a positive outlook
• Initiative. Shift gears without having to be told when not with customer
