About the role
Famous Tate Wesley Chapel is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Professional Sales Associate to help customers find great deals on appliances and mattresses. This role offers a generous commission structure and the opportunity to make a great income. Famous Tate is a locally-owned independent dealer serving the Tampa Bay area since 1954.

Requirements
- Energetic, self-motivated sales professional with exceptional interpersonal, listening and communication skills (bilingual a plus)
- High School graduate or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible 5-day work schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays (fourth of July, Black Friday, etc.)
- Pleasant and polite manners when dealing with co-workers and customers
- Familiarity with sales and closing techniques
- Basic reading, math, writing and communication skills
- Strong computer, email and internet proficiency with nimble keyboard skills
- Commitment to high professional ethical standards
- Accountability for individual performance within a team environment
- Verifiable positive track record of success, preferably in Appliances, Bedding or big-ticket items
- Patience, resiliency and persistence backed by a results-oriented personality
- Energy, enthusiasm and the ambition to flourish in a fast-paced sales culture
- Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance
- Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
- Characterized as having a "glass is ALWAYS half full" attitude
