About the role
We are seeking a high performer who has the ability to listen, analyze and interpret data and to resolve problems and build strong customer relationships. Our Retail Bankers play a valuable role in a branch team, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service, and helping to match financial products to the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Consistently sell Bank services and products
- Make qualified referrals to Bank partners
- Provide support in areas as needed in the branch
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years banking experience
- Ability to work at various locations if necessary
- Computer literacy required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay
The hiring pay range for this position is $20.44 to $37.17. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role.
Schedule
The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
