Retail Attendant

Welcome and engage with guests, providing outstanding customer service
Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked gift shop
Assist guests in finding and selecting products
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide recommendations and information about products
Keep track of inventory and replenish stock as needed
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the gift shop
Promote special offers and promotions to enhance sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Able to multitask and handle cash transactions
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
• Knowledge of merchandise presentation and display
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
