About the role
Arch Telecom's Retail Associate Managers (RAMs) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom's Core Values. Their role involves creating energy and excitement around our products and services, thriving in a fast-paced fun environment, and focusing on customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
- Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing expertise.
- Absorb and assist in daily operations and coaching under the Retail Store Manager.
- Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service, to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Successfully identify and handoff small business leads and develop strong peer relationships.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Be able to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Work full-time (40 hours).
Qualifications
- Prior wireless sales experience is preferred but not required.

- The ability to lead your team, share best practices, and provide resolutions to issues.
- Effective operational, financial, and performance management skills.
