About the role

This role supports store leadership to develop and guide the retail team in delivering customer-focused service and sales outcomes. It involves leading team members to meet customer needs through effective coaching, training, and operational management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence
  • Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance
  • Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards
  • Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives
  • Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination
  • Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

Education and Work Experience:

  • A High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)

Pay

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $57,600 - $100,900, inclusive of target incentives
Base Pay Range: $43,200 - $75,675
