About the role

The Retail Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of our stores by managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Manages the backroom product flow function by overseeing inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock rotation, and maintaining a high-quality product presentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Pay

$14.82 to $24.30 per hour.
