- Provide excellence in customer service.

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail.
- Desired experience in service industry & event management.
- Track record of providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high quality standards.
- Experience with POS, Square desirable.
- Experience with inventory management and tracking.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when dealing with high‑profile clients/athletes.
- Interest in sports desirable.
- TCG knowledge desirable.
Physical Requirements
- Sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods of time.
- Occasionally bend, stoop, or ascend stairs in an office environment.
- Lift and carry items such as laptops, monitors, and small office equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Navigate a typical office setting, including attending in‑person meetings or collaborating across departments.
