About the role

The Retail Associate/Cashier plays a crucial part in enhancing the travel experience for guests at Mission Yogurt. This position involves greeting and assisting travelers, managing inventory, taking orders and payments, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests warmly and professionally
• Restock high-quality products promptly
• Take guests' orders and payments in a timely manner
• Manage cash drawer and follow cash handling policies
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
• Ensure the store is maintained and cleaned according to company standards
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Enthusiastic about working within a Colorado-based company
• Upholds Mission Yogurt's core values: Loyalty, Innovation, Service, Communication, and Flexibility
• Previous experience as a team member, crew member, retail associate, or sales clerk
• Flexibility in daily tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to comply with safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Availability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
