Responsibilities

• Handle customer needs such as sales, refunds, exchanges, and online orders courteously.
• Support daily operations including shipment, replenishment, and inventory procedures to ensure product availability.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent education.

Skills

• Comfortable using POS systems and Apple devices.
• Strong customer service, relationship building, problem‑solving, teamwork, and adaptability.
