Role Overview This position involves providing exceptional guest service, contributing to store sales and goals, and supporting retail operations. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, personalizing customer interactions, promoting products and services, handling customer needs such as sales, refunds, exchanges, and online orders in a courteous manner. You will also support retail success by executing daily operational tasks like shipment processing, replenishment, merchandise setup, and inventory management. Qualifications & Skills Preferably 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent education/work background.Comfortable using basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices.Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Strong soft skills including customer service, relationship building, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability. Key Attributes Candidate should be customer-focused, adaptable, and capable of supporting operational processes to ensure product availability and store success.
