Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Guest Service.
• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
• Aid in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Aid in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
• Communicate Guest requests to management.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat.
• Prolonged periods of standing, with climbing stairs multiple times a day.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at times.
• Ability to communicate in English to our associates and guests.
• Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation.
• Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
• Comfortable traveling by small plane or ferry to and from a remote setting.
• Able to walk and/or drive on gravel roads in inclement weather.
