About the role

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is a nonprofit organization that funds job training, education, and other community programs by selling donated clothing and household items in Goodwill stores and online. Responsibilities

• Cashiering and sales floor support
• Processing and pricing donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines (housewares items)
• Assisting customers at the Donation Door with material handling, pre-sorting, and movement of donated goods
• Maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for customers
• Meet production standards to deliver quality customer service
• Learn the daily operations of a retail/store outlet, gaining skills for a career in retail

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No experience required; will train the right person for the job
• Current valid Child Abuse Clearance

Pay

External hiring range: $15.00/hour
