Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting shoppers. Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations with a positive and professional demeanor. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment to enhance the shopping experience.
• Sales & Goal Achievement: Support the team in meeting and exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Actively participate in promoting store promotions and initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teammates to overcome challenges and share best practices. Participate in team meetings, offering ideas and insights to improve store performance.
• Store Operations: Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and conduct inventory counts. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment that aligns with company standards.
• Problem Solving: Adapt to changing business needs, multitask effectively, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• A passion for retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required – we'll provide the training!
