About the role
The Seminar Staff Candidate Program is a remote opportunity.
The Retail Associate – 2026 CrossFit Games position is available on-site in San Jose and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Support seminar staff with event preparation and execution
- Assist with merchandise sales and customer service
- Manage inventory and ensure store appearance is maintained
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss strategies and progress
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in retail or related field preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passport required for international travel
