Responsibilities

• Ensure all intake forms and paperwork are properly completed, filed, and entered into company databases.
• Confirm patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area and dispensary.
• Provide exceptional customer care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
• Respond to customer calls or emails requesting product, training, and general information.
• Manage patient records using state and company databases, including maintenance and updates.
• Fulfill customer orders and handle sales and promotion of all products.
• Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail operation, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• Passion for handling all aspects of a retail operation, compliance, and inventory control.
• Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills, including active listening.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and organize and prioritize work.
• MED badge required.

Additional Abilities

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting or moving up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance).
• Must be able to communicate verbally with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to work in a moderate noise-level environment.

Schedule

Full time, including weekends.
