Responsibilities
- Ensure all intake forms and paperwork are properly completed, filed, and entered into company databases.
- Confirm patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area and dispensary.
- Provide exceptional customer care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
- Respond to customer calls or emails requesting product, training, and general information.
- Manage patient records using state and company databases, including maintenance and updates.
- Fulfill customer orders and handle sales and promotion of all products.
- Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail operation, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office programs.
- Passion for handling all aspects of a retail operation, compliance, and inventory control.
- Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills, including active listening.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and organize and prioritize work.
- MED badge required.
Additional Abilities
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting or moving up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance).
- Must be able to communicate verbally with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a moderate noise-level environment.

Schedule
