Retail Associate

About the Role

This Retail Associate position supports the Chicago Bulls' merchandise sourcing, procurement, and analysis efforts at the United Center. The role is part of the Bulls Rookie Program and runs from September 2026 through the conclusion of the 26-27 season.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and complete retail tasks in collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing, Creative Services, and Digital.
• Assist in executing style creation, order creation, and issuing purchase orders to vendors.
• Communicate and follow up with vendors on order tracking.
• Maintain on-hand inventory analysis by department, class, subclass, and location.
• Build relationships and collaborate in periodic team meetings with Chicago Bulls, Chicago Blackhawks, United Center, and Levy/Rank & Rally staff and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, marketing, or a related field.
• Prior internships or entry-level retail experience, preferably with exposure to buying/merchandising.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe product suites.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Pay

$20/hour with eligibility for overtime pay.

Schedule

This role requires flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends. Full-time remote work is not an option; candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Chicagoland area.
