Responsibilities
- Provide guests with the highest quality customer service while selling and suggesting products based on their personal wants and needs.
- Work in high-end retail outlets that highlight the Canyon Ranch experience.
- Describe yourself as a self‑starter with a positive attitude and a real sense of ownership and teamwork.
- Take payment on all retail products sold while adhering to cash handling policies and procedures.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and well‑stocked retail area, including inventory counts.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ Retail Sales experience in a high‑end retail outlet (or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience with basic computer skills.
- Preferred ability to type at 30 w.p.m.
- Excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive and/or confrontational situations.
- Ability to develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff.
- Strong judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and computer skills, and attention to detail.
Pay
$17.00/hr- $17.69/hr
