Retail Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and guide store managers to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience by responding to customer feedback and maintaining the highest brand standards
• Oversee compliance with safety, inventory, and cash controls, and ensure timely implementation of company policies
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams to build a culture of success
• Analyze business trends, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize store performance

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)
• Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid proof of automobile insurance
• Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed
