Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. We’re building a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives, and challenge the status quo. Our mission is to “Create Things People Like More.” Everything we do should be better than what already exists. This guides our product development, workplace culture, and community initiatives. Since our start in 2013 with Harry’s, we’ve grown into the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years, maintaining a scrappy, entrepreneurial culture while donating over $20 million to nonprofit partners.

About the Team

The Centralized Insights & Analytics (CIA) team at Mammoth Brands works cross-functionally to understand performance across retail, digital, marketing, and customer experience. The team provides objective reporting and guidance for the Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando brands, driving impact through marketing optimization, channel strategy, site optimization, and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary customer and internal analytic support for Retail business and personal care categories, including category, market, shopper, and assortment performance analysis.
  • Serve as a Retail/CPG leader and data expert to peers, cross-functional, and external partners, developing the analytics and insights roadmap to support channel strategy.
  • Act as the go-to resource for ad-hoc retail reporting and analysis.
  • Lead and mentor the team, building sustainability and efficiencies through processes, tools, and best practices while scaling solutions across channels.
  • Be the subject matter expert on channel-specific data platforms, extracting maximum value through deep analysis, storytelling, and thought leadership with merchant and internal Brand teams.
  • Serve as the most collaborative and strategic thought partner to sales managers, ensuring every interaction strengthens decisions and tactics.
  • Act as an “always-on storyteller,” interpreting data to identify the “so what” and “why,” influencing data-driven presentations, diagnosing P&L impact, and driving action through scorecards.
  • Independently identify and drive strategic projects to unlock revenue opportunities by analyzing category, competitive dynamics, shopper demographics, and purchase behavior.
  • Create and maintain best-in-class cross-functional relationships through proactive communication, project management, and understanding interdependencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in an analytical and strategic data-driven role. CPG and/or Retail experience is a plus.
  • Experience with syndicated data (Circana/IRI/Nielsen) is required; grocery data experience (e.g., dunnhumby, 84.51) is a bonus.
  • Passion for working with data and synthesizing complex information from various sources.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • Ownership mentality—seen as an analytics leader and problem solver, not just a report generator.
  • Insatiable curiosity and a drive to improve yourself, your team, and the broader organization.
  • Collaborative, professional, and enthusiastic teammate with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Docs, PowerPoint, Excel).

This role requires travel to customer meetings approximately 8–10 times per year.

Key Partners and Team Structure

  • Reports to the Senior Manager of Retail Analytics.
  • Integrated into a Retail partnership team within the Centralized Insights & Analytics (CIA) Team.
  • Works closely with Category Analytics, Insights, Go-to-Market, Retail, and Brand Teams, as well as external merchant partners.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401k match and equity in Mammoth Brands.
  • Flexible time off and working hours.
  • Learning & Development stipend.
  • Sabbatical: 4 weeks after 5 years, 6 weeks after 10 years, and 8 weeks after 15 years.
  • 20 fully paid weeks for birth parents; 16 fully paid weeks for all other paths to parenthood.
  • Fun IRL and virtual events, including happy hours, team-building activities, and rooftop parties.
  • Free products from our family of brands.

Salary ranges are competitive for our size and industry, with final compensation based on location, skill level, and experience.
