Retail Analytics Manager - Grocery
Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. We’re building a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives, and challenge the status quo. Our mission is to “Create Things People Like More.” Everything we do should be better than what already exists. This guides our product development, workplace culture, and community initiatives. Since our start in 2013 with Harry’s, we’ve grown into the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years, maintaining a scrappy, entrepreneurial culture while donating over $20 million to nonprofit partners.
About The Team
The Centralized Insights & Analytics (CIA) team at Mammoth Brands works cross-functionally to analyze performance across retail, digital, and marketing investments. The team provides objective reporting and strategic guidance for Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando, driving impact through marketing optimization, channel strategy, site optimization, and consumer experience enhancements.
