About the role

Drive sales by delivering strong customer service and consistently upholding brand-enhancing store standards to create a positive customer experience. Assist in achieving store sales goals and profit plans while supporting overall store operations. Protect company assets and collaborate as a team player to grow the store and brand, providing constructive feedback to colleagues.

• Drive sales by understanding and explaining merchandise to customers
• Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency at the point of sale
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability
• Experience in retail, customer service, and inventory control
• Excellent selling skills
• Knowledge of POS systems to process sales

Requirements

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to stand, move around the store, lift/push products up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder
