About the role

The Restorative Residential Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a residential program designed to provide support and rehabilitation services to individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential program
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures
• Mentor and train staff members
• Coordinate with external agencies and community resources
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' progress
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in residential care or social work
• Proven ability to manage and mentor staff
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
